Salary: £140 – £225 per day (varied depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours of work: 5 days per week

Monarch Education are working with an excellent secondary school in the Rushden area. The school require the candidates to have extensive curriculum knowledge and a passion for education. The English department are requiring a full time Englihsh Teacher who can start asap. For the right candidate this could lead to a permanent post.
The school are happy to consider NQT’s and experienced teachers. They will aslo consider Instructor teachers providing they have strong subject knowledge.
As an English teacher you will be responsible for:
*Planning and delivering safe but exciting and informative lessons, both practical and written to motivate and inspire learning across the classroom.
*Accurately providing support and encouragement to aid student’s progression and educational path.
*Marking in accordance to school policies and provide feedback to students but also educating them on mistakes.
*Having a flexible work approach to suit the School’s needs.
*Delivery of safe practical presentations for students to mirror in groups.
To be successful in this role you must:
*Have a recognised teaching qualification (QTS) OR (QTLS)
*English specific qualification.
*Previous experience of teaching key stage 3 & 4 students and delivering live experiments.
*Able to establish constructive and positive relationships with your pupil’s.
*Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work with a positive outlook in Education.
*Solid knowledge of the key stage 3 & 4 student curriculum.
