English Teacher

Monarch Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school located in North Solihull, from 1st September. As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, develop creative schemes of work, and foster a positive learning environment that promotes student achievement. You will work closely with colleagues to plan and assess student progress, ensuring that every pupil is supported to succeed.

The Candidate will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A committed and adaptable approach to teaching and learning

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality English lessons
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Supporting students’ individual learning needs
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
