✍️ What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• A passion for literature, language, and creative expression
• Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive, and thought-provoking lessons
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to raising achievement and nurturing a love of English

• Deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and challenge
• Explore a wide range of texts, genres, and writing styles with students
• Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
