EXAM INVIGILATORS

Monarch Education are working with a school in Rowley Regis who are looking for exam invigilators to support them during Exam season.

Hours vary depending on timings of exams but typically will be:

Morning Session – 8:30-11:30am

Afternoon Session – 1:00-4:00pm

Full Day and half day sessions are available

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising entry of pupils into the hall in silence
  • Assisting pupils to their correct seating position
  • Ensuring pupils do not open or write on the exam papers before the exam start
  • Visual check on pupils to make sure they do not have any unauthorised items on their person / desk
  • Tidying and straightening exam desks
  • Setting out examination materials
  • Invigilating pupils by walking up and down the rows
  • Recording students who need to use the toilet
  • Collecting exam papers

The school are looking for somebody with good time keeping skills with a patient and understanding attitude.
