Role Overview:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations within secondary schools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up examination venues according to strict standards
  • Assisting with the distribution of examination papers and materials
  • Ensuring compliance with examination regulations and guidelines
  • Monitoring candidates during examinations to prevent cheating or misconduct
  • Collecting and securely returning examination papers upon completion
  • Providing support and assistance to candidates as needed
  • Maintaining a calm and controlled environment throughout the examination period


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant throughout examination sessions
  • Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work during examination periods
  • Prior experience in exam invigilation or a similar role is preferred but not essential
