Exam Invigilators – Oxford, Oxfordshire

Monarch Education is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support schools across Oxford and the surrounding areas during the upcoming exam season.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that students are provided with a quiet, calm environment to achieve their best.
Full Day – 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Morning – 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Supervising students during exams
Ensuring exam conditions are strictly followed
Distributing and collecting exam papers
Reporting any incidents or breaches of regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional and calm presence
The ability to follow procedures and instructions
Previous experience is welcome but not essential – full training will be provided
This role is perfect for students, retirees, part-time workers, or anyone looking for flexible work in the education sector.
Location: Schools across Oxford and Oxfordshire
Pay: £15.00 – £16.50 per hour (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Availability: Must be available for work during the exam period (April-June, with potential for additional sessions)
