Exam Invigilator – Faringdon

Monarch Education is seeking reliable, professional, and detail‑focused Exam Invigilators to support schools in the Faringdon area. This is an excellent flexible role, ideal for those looking to support students during the exam season. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Available Hours
Shifts are offered across the school day, including:
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 8:00am – 12:00pm
- 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
As an Exam Invigilator, your duties will include:
- Supervising students in a calm and professional manner during examinations
- Ensuring exam policies and procedures are followed accurately
- Preparing the exam room before candidates arrive
- Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
- Maintaining a controlled, quiet environment throughout the exam
- Reporting any issues or irregularities promptly
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all exam materials
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- Two professional references covering the last two years of employment
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to obtain one through Monarch Education
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, reliable approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Full training provided-no prior invigilation experience required.
