👩‍🏫 About the Role

You’ll be leading a class of 29 curious and energetic children, supported by a full-time Teaching Assistant. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, fostering a love of learning, and supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive teacher who can bring warmth, structure, and creativity to the classroom. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children in an EYFS setting
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching
• The ability to inspire and support children of varying abilities
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
