We are excited to be recruiting for an EYFS Class Teacher to join two welcoming and growing nursery schools, located in Erdington and Great Barr, starting from the new academic year.

About the role:
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for the right candidate
- Working within a nurturing EYFS environment across either nursery site
- Opportunity to make a real impact in an up-and-coming school setting
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher who genuinely loves working with young children. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a strong passion for early years education.
You will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching within EYFS (within the last 2 years, with references)
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be confident in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support learning and development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Be committed, reliable, and flexible in your approach
- Ideally be local to the area or able to travel easily
- Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable but not essential
