Monarch Education are currently recruiting for qualified EYFS to work closely alongside a brilliant school in Selly Oak. The school are seeking a keen individual on a long-term basis to join their fantastic EYFS team. The school are looking for a TA experienced within nursery or reception. The role will be class based but you will be supporting children with autism and assisting with personal care

Requirements of applicant:

  • Experience working in Early Years settings
  • Have good organisational and planning skills
  • Have experience supporting EYFS aged children with additional needs

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high quality of education and learning to EYFS children
  • Keep up to date with the EYFS National Curriculum
  • Plan and help to deliver effective learning activities based on pupil needs
  • Constantly monitor the quality of teaching and keep up to date with current best practice’s
  • Meet with staff and parents regularly to ensure learning activities are tailored to each need a child
  • Provide personal care to children where necessary

Your application will be subject to an enhanced child only DBS and two educational references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working in an Education Setting.
