Location: NN15 area

Salary: £140-£190 p/day (pay varies depending on experience and age)

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Start date: Monday 2nd September 2024

Contract: Temporary – Permanent

Ofsted rating: Good

A special Educational Needs Schools based in Kettering are looking for an EYFS SEND Teacher to support young adults aged 11-16 with ASD and ADHD. The younger adults will be working at an EYFS stage.

Full time role only available.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have Teaching experience or references commenting on their experience as a Teacher (unqualified teachers considered, but you MUST have SEMH or SEND teaching experience)
• Have experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities/ SEMH pupils
• Be able to supply references covering the last 2 years of employment
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be able to plan lessons thoroughly or follow other plans created by Teachers
• Lead a class of 20-30 young adults
• Have a good sense of humour and show resilience when working with ADHD pupils
