We are working with a school located in North Manchester who are seeking an MFL (German) Teacher to begin work after the Christmas break.

The school is hoping to engage an educator who is confident in delivering German curriculum up to KS4. It is vital that the given applicant is able to plan and prepare lessons, whilst always looking to ensure that the schools clear behaviour policy is maintained at all times. Student progress will needed to be assessed and monitored at all times, whilst ensuring feedback is given to aid overall progression within the subject.
The department benefits from having a large support staff team attached to it – therefore, being able to work in collaboration with these staff to those who may be struggling with work set. It is essential that the applicant has outstanding interpersonal skills in order to get the very best out of every student. It is also of key importance that the applicant is able to differentiate work set to meet the needs of all students. This includes those with SEN, and those with specific SEMH requirements. Additionally, the applicant will also need to consider the needs of students who require EAL support. Being able to display confidence, patience, resilience and willingness to help every student thrive is crucial.
