Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering small group and one-to-one intervention sessions in Mathematics.
  • Creating engaging, tailored resources to meet individual learning needs.
  • Monitoring progress and using data to inform targeted support.
  • Building strong relationships with students and staff to foster a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Mathematics
  • Ideally, experience working with young people or in an educational setting.
  • A calm, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS (or already on the update service).
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training (free course available through Monarch Education).
  • Two references covering the last two years.
