Job Overview:
This role is to support the Learner Support Department during maternity leave, under the guidance of the AHT SENDCo/SEND Lead Practitioner. You will have shared responsibility with other Learner Support staff to lead the day-to-day operational success of a busy SEND provision. Your focus will be on supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, delivering bespoke interventions, and working closely with external agencies and parents.
