We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly primary school in Solihull, Birmingham, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting full‑time role for someone who is passionate about supporting learning and making a real impact.

As a HLTA you will be expected to:

  • Lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher
  • Plan and deliver targeted interventions across the school
  • Provide high‑quality support for pupils with SEN, helping them access learning
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and support staff
  • Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing school environment

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Holds a Level 3 in childcare or has a related degree
✔ Has experience working in primary education
✔ Can confidently lead whole classes
✔ Brings energy, initiative and excellent communication skills
✔ Is passionate about helping pupils of all abilities succeed
