HLTA / Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

Monarch Education is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic HLTA or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Coleshill area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner to work across all year groups, providing general classroom support and occasional cover for lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across all year groups, adapting to different classroom environments.
- Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one support to raise attainment.
- Provide cover for lessons when required, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Assist with planning and preparation of resources under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Promote positive behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents/carers.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working across multiple year groups in a school setting.
- Ability to lead small groups and provide lesson cover confidently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach and genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
