Monarch Education is recruiting an ICT Teacher for a secondary school in Tameside. The successful candidate will deliver ICT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 and support the school’s curriculum requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach ICT to KS3 and KS4 classes
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school curriculum
- Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
- Contribute to departmental meetings and curriculum planning
- Provide additional support to pupils when required
Requirements
- QTS, QTLS, or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching ICT at secondary level
- Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum requirements for ICT
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
