Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable education professional looking for flexible work across a highly respected multi-academy trust? We are currently recruiting for a supply talent pool to support the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) from September 2026 onwards.

About the Opportunity

As Monarch Education is the sister company to Affinity Workforce, we are proud to be the primary provider for all long-term and supply staffing needs across CLF schools for the next two academic years-giving you direct access to a wide range of rewarding opportunities.

We are building a strong network of teachers, cover supervisors, teaching assistants, and support staff ready to step into a variety of short-term, long-term, and day-to-day supply roles across CLF schools. As demand increases at the start of the academic year, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work in advance.
