What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• A warm, engaging and adaptable teaching style
• Strong classroom management and a passion for creating positive learning environments
• A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

Your Role

As a KS1 Teacher with Monarch Education, you’ll be:

• Delivering engaging lessons across Year 1 and/or Year 2
• Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
• Working closely with friendly, supportive Primary teams
• Adapting to different school settings while maintaining high standards
• Making a real difference to children across the Witney community
