Monarch Education are recruiting for someone in Northfield area. We are on the search for someone who is qualified and comfortable to teach KS2 but is also confident at communicating with young people.

Job description:

  • Delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences to KS2 students.
  • be approachable, supportive, understanding and prioritise the well-being of the students.
  • Inspire, challenge and motivate the children, staff, managers and parents
  • Have the passion to promote a supportive, secure and happy environment for all.
  • Plan effective lessons that promote high quality teaching.

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in teaching KS2 or KS1.
  • Understanding the national curriculum.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding to support students who are struggling.
  • Show passion for working with children.
