KS2 Teacher

Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are currently working closely with a two form entry, inner city primary school who are looking to recruit teachers to work within key stage two for September 2026 start.

This is a full time role, full responsibility role and will be for the full academic year Sept 2026- July 2027. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The school are looking for a bubbly, child centred individual who is always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, who strive to provide high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential to meet targets.

The Ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
• Have excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Have proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice
• Be flexible and can be able to adapt quickly in different school environments
• Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
• Be a team player, demonstrating humility, be supports to all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
• Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
• Have excellent interpersonal and organismal skills
• Able to control behaviour management
