Are you an organised and proactive Learning Resource Administrator looking to make a real difference in a Salford secondary school?
Monarch Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Resource Administrator to join a welcoming secondary school in Salford. Working closely with teachers, support staff, and school leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring that learning resources, administrative processes, and student support systems run smoothly and effectively.
As a Learning Resource Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining curriculum resources, supporting teaching staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring that high-quality learning materials are readily available to support effective teaching and learning across the school.
The successful candidate will assist with the preparation and organisation of classroom resources, maintain accurate records and databases, process departmental documentation, and support the efficient operation of the school’s learning resource provision. You will work closely with staff to ensure resources are accessible, up to date, and aligned with curriculum requirements.
A key aspect of the role will involve providing administrative support to curriculum areas, coordinating resource requests, managing stock levels, and helping to create an organised and productive learning environment for both staff and students. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the school, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of administrative and resource functions while supporting the school’s commitment to high standards of education and student achievement.

The Role
Essential Requirements
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND, e.g. autism, SEMH, physical or sensory needs
* Relevant training (e.g. Team Teach, Makaton, ASD awareness) desirable
* Patience, resilience and a calm, nurturing approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
