Are you a Learning Support Assistant looking to start your next role in the Blackburn area?

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a mainstream Primary School in Blackburn, who is seeking an experienced full time Teaching Assistant who can support a pupil in Reception. The role will commence from March 2024!

The ideal Learning Support Assistants would have experience working across either Early Years, KS1 or KS2. Experience working alongside children or adults with behavioural management needs would also be ideal.

A caring, passionate, and patient individual that wants to make a different to children’s lives. As an LSA you will support the classroom teacher in addition to the pupil and other members of staff. You will support with lessons, interventions and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

• Hours approximately, 9am – 12pm each day
• Full time, Mon – Fri
• Term time only
• £11.69 – £13.38 per hour earnings
• Paid weekly via PAYE or Umbrella – Your Choice!
