A welcoming secondary school located in Wellingborough is looking for a dynamic LSA to join their team on a full-time basis in September.

This school boasts a large building with outstanding facilities, as well as a dedicated team of staff. They received ‘Good’ in their most recent Ofsted, and they have come on leaps and bounds over the years.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for working with young people and a commitment to raising standards of learning. This role will involve supporting lower ability Maths and English students within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will be confident with managing challenging behaviour and have an adaptable approach.

To be successful you must have previous or transferable experience of working with young people. This would be a perfect role for a Maths or English Graduate who is perhaps looking to gain further experience within a school setting.

For the right candidate this could lead to a permanent position.
