Monarch Education are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ primary school in Coventry for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team who is passionate about creating a supporting and nurturing environment for all students. The headteacher is looking for someone who fits in with their cultures and values and possesses a can-do attitude. They are also looking for someone who is able to help the students with their communication and language as well as their emotional development.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 till 15:30 during term time only due to start ASAP for the whole academic year. The reason for this role being available is due to the influx of children for the new academic year.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for children
  • Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to create a safe a nurturing environment
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of a range of stimulating and educational activities to ensure all children reach their full academic potential.
