Monarch Education are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ primary school where values, wellness and empowerment is at the heart of everything they do in the Leamington Spa area. We are seeking an experienced LEVEL 3 (ESSENTIAL) EYFS Teaching Assistant to work within a team who have several years of experience within the school. To be considered, applicants must have experience and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young children.

This will be a full-time position set to commence ASAP, Monday to Friday 8:30 till 15:30 during term time only.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for children
  • Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to create a safe a nurturing environment
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of a range of stimulating and educational activities to ensure all children reach their full academic potential.
