Full-Time Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse Needed – Immediate Start for the Whole Academic Year

We are currently seeking a committed Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a friendly nursery team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP for the entire academic year.

Position Details:

• Role: Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse
• Location: Solihull / Shirley
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Full academic year
• Hours: Monday to Friday, hours can vary from 8am – 6pm
• Hourly payrate: £11.21 – £16.29

Key Requirements:

• Hold a valid Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, Level 3 Diploma in Early Years)
• Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting (within the last 2 years that you can reference)
• Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, nurturing approach to supporting children’s development
• Assisting with personal care
