Level 3 EYFS Nursery Nurse (x2)

Area: Sheldon, Birmingham
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Monarch Education are working with a welcoming Nursery setting in the Sheldon area to recruit two experienced Nursery Nurses to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for nurturing and enthusiastic practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children’s development. You will work closely with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The setting also supports children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), so previous experience working with children with additional needs, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, developmental delays, or SEMH needs, is highly desirable.

To meet staffing ratios, applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/EYFS.

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/EYFS (essential)
• Previous experience working within a Nursery or Early Years setting
• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
