We’re working with a large and reputable nursery group in Frenchay, Bristol, who are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their friendly and professional team. About the Role
This is a full-time, long-term position where you’ll play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and care of young children in a bright and engaging nursery environment.
You’ll be working as part of a collaborative team, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing space where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Planning and delivering engaging experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment at all times
- Observing and tracking children’s progress and development
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Is caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS and child development
