Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Monarch Education are working closely with a primary school in the Walsall area who are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time long-term basis. The school’s mission is to focus on high expectations and personal development of both the children and the staff. The headteacher is now seeking a keen individual who fits in with this culture and aims to give the very best to the children.

This role is due to start January 2025 until the end of the academic year. If you are an experience Teaching Assistant who is seeking a challenging role this may be the perefct fit for you.

Salary-£83.33-£100 Daily

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 class teachers
  • Providing 1:1 intervention for children leading up to SAT’s.
  • Working closely with the class teacher to create a safe a nurturing environment
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of a range of stimulating and educational activities to ensure all children reach their full academic potential.
  • Working closely with parents and carers to help with pupil progress
