About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, offering both group and 1:1 support depending on the needs of pupils. You will play a vital role in:
- Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
- Delivering small group interventions
- Assisting with phonics, reading and numeracy activities
- Helping to differentiate work for varying ability levels
- Creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required (SEN, behaviour, communication)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting
- A calm, caring and proactive approach
- Confidence supporting learning and behaviour
- Strong communication skills with pupils, staff and parents
- A genuine passion for helping children progress
Experience with SEN is beneficial, but not essential.
