Level 4 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Monarch Education are currently working alongside two nursery schools in the same federation group to find a Level 4 Early Years Teaching Assistant with a driving licence to travel between their sites in Ward End (B8) and Balsall Heath (B12). This role will be Monday to Friday 8.45am – 3.15pm.

Requirements of applicant:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to own vehicle (travel expenses paid)
  • Confident providing personal care to pupils
  • Experienced working with EYFS aged children
  • Available full time until July 2024

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the needs of all children in both settings are met
  • Create a safe learning environment for the pupil and other pupils in the class
  • Plan regular meetings with parents / carers to provide feedback
  • Tailor support methods based off the mood of the child on each day
  • Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines

Salary: £10 – £15 per day (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement*)
