Position: Maths Teacher

Salary: £135 to £211 per day, dependent on teacher payscale and full-time responsibilities

Monarch Education is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Maths Teachers to join our team, working within local Secondary Schools in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are committed to nurturing a love for mathematics and fostering academic excellence in young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons to Secondary School students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, adapting teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of diverse student abilities.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Mathematics.
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at Secondary School level, with a strong understanding of the UK national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to professional development.
