Are you a qualified Maths Teacher looking for a long-term teaching opportunity in Bristol starting ASAP?

Monarch Education is recruiting a confident and reliable Maths Teacher to support a secondary school in Bristol on a long-term basis. We are looking for an adaptable teacher who can deliver engaging Maths lessons, support pupil progress and provide high-quality teaching from the start of the placement.

The role
As a long-term Maths Teacher, you will deliver lessons across the Maths curriculum in line with the school’s expectations. You may be required to plan and mark lessons, assess pupil progress, manage classroom behaviour and contribute positively to the wider school team.

You will be:
* Delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Taking responsibility for a long-term teaching timetable
* Planning, marking and assessing pupil work where required
* Maintaining a calm, purposeful and well-managed classroom environment
* Following school policies, curriculum guidance and safeguarding procedures
* Building positive working relationships with pupils and staff
* Supporting pupil progress and continuity of learning from the start of the placement

We are looking for teachers who are:
* Qualified with UK QTS
* Experienced teaching Maths within a UK secondary school setting
* Confident in classroom and behaviour management
* Flexible, organised and dependable
* Able to commit to a long-term role in Bristol
* Available to start ASAP
* Strong communicators who can quickly become part of a school team

Requirements:
* UK QTS
* Relevant Maths teaching experience
* Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to complete registration, compliance and safeguarding checks
