We have an exciting position in a secondary school in Solihull for an enthusiastic Maths teacher. The successful educator should possess prior experience in teaching Maths and delivering lessons that motivate and engage students to learn. This position is a full-time and long-term role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver engaging lesson plans and assess performance
  • Tailor teaching approach to suit individual learning capacities
  • Support young adults who may require 1:1 support
  • Build relationships with staff and students
  • Manage teaching assistants within the classroom
  • Encompass a flexible work attitude to align with the schools’ requirements

Qualifications:

  • Teaching Qualification (QTS): Bachelor of Education/PGCE or an equivalent teaching degree.
  • Previous experience working with children and young adults
  • Adaptability and flexibility, approaching work with an optimistic educational perspective
