Maths Teacher (QTS) – Long-Term Role, Paid to Scale

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term
Location: Oxford area
Salary: £150 – £230 a day (depending on experience)

Monarch Education is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) to join a supportive secondary school in the Oxford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping students succeed in KS3 and KS4 Mathematics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
