Monarch Education is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to join a school in Oldbury. This is a full-time position, ideal for a dedicated and passionate teacher with UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach and inspire students by fostering innovation and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects and engaging lessons. The school we are partnering with boasts excellent facilities and a supportive senior leadership team committed to the development of both staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to KS3/4 students in line with the national curriculum.

• Promote innovation and problem-solving through interactive and practical learning experiences.

• Foster a positive learning environment, ensuring good classroom management and behaviour.

• Support and challenge students to achieve their full potential in Maths.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

• Contribute to the wider school community and the continuous improvement of the Maths department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with consideration for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths.

• Experience teaching KS3/4 students, with the ability to inspire and engage learners.

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.

• A commitment to helping all students succeed, regardless of their starting point.

• A proactive approach to professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
