Job Title: Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher – Bicester

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £150 – £232.57 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Contract Type: Part-time or Full-time (flexible working options available)
Start Date: ASAP or January 2026

Monarch Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students in French, Spanish, or German, and contribute to a thriving learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and assess learning to ensure pupil progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives
• Participate in parents’ evenings and school events as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching MFL in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
