Monarch Education are recruiting Midday Supervisors to support primary schools across Derby.
These roles are ideal for individuals looking for part time work during school hours, helping to ensure pupils are safe, supported and engaged during lunchtime.
You will supervise pupils during the lunchtime period, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
You will support pupils with behaviour, wellbeing and social interaction while following school policies.
Supervise pupils during lunch breaks
Support safe play and positive behaviour
Assist with transitions between lunch and classroom
Respond to minor incidents and report concerns
Work collaboratively with school staff
Help maintain a calm and structured environment
Experience working with children is desirable
Calm, patient and approachable manner
Ability to manage behaviour effectively
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
