Monarch Education is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Music Teacher to join a dynamic and creative school in the B32 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and cultivate students’ passion for music in a supportive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic music lessons that cater to all levels of ability.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that inspires creativity and fosters musical skills.
• Encourage students to participate in music extracurricular activities and performances.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall music program and contribute to school events.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a relevant field (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
• Previous teaching experience in a music-related setting is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of various musical genres and proficiency in one or more instruments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire young musicians.
• A passion for music and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
