ARE YOU A MUSIC SPECIALIST TEACHER LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME ROLE?

We are currently recruiting for a part-time PPA Teacher with a Music specialism to join a welcoming Multi Academy Trust across two primary schools in Frankley (B45) and Northfield (B31). This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging music teaching across both settings.

Role Available:

🔹 PPA Teacher – Music Specialist (Part Time)
* Delivering high-quality music lessons across primary year groups
* Covering PPA time within two schools in the trust
* Inspiring pupils through creative and engaging music teaching

About the role:

• 3 days per week (term time only)
  * Based across two sites: 2 days in Frankley (B45) and 1 day in Northfield (B31)
  * Delivering planned music lessons across the primary age range
  * Supporting a range of classes as part of PPA cover
  * Minimal planning required where schemes are in place
  * Working collaboratively with staff across both schools

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and reliable teacher with a passion for music education.

You will:
* Have recent teaching experience within the primary setting (within the last 2 years, with references)
* Have a specialism or strong experience in teaching Music
* Be confident delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups
* Be adaptable and comfortable working across two school settings
* Have strong classroom management skills
* Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Be committed to creating a fun, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
* Ideally be local or able to travel between B45 and B31
