Monarch Education is seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team in a large nursery setting located in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
  • Supporting the nursery staff in implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a clean and stimulating environment for children to thrive in.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A warm and nurturing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use own initiative when required.
  • A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) would be advantageous.
