Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager – Olton, Solihull

Monarch Education are currently working alongside an Ofsted Outstanding Nursery in the Olton area of Solihull. Monarch are currently assisting the nursery to find an experienced Nursery Manager to start on a full-time basis from September 2025. This role is ongoing and will be between 30 and 40 hours each week. It is important you have experience as a Nursery Manager and hold at least a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years, otherwise you will not be considered for this role.

Requirements of applicant:

• You Must have experience as a Nursery Manager for this role
• Experienced supporting children of EYFS ages, abilities and managing staff in a Nursery setting
• Confident and experienced individual who is able to assess situations before acting on them
• You must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Education for this role

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the nursery setting
• Ensure a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment for all children
• Ensure the academic and social needs of pupils are engaged during group learning activities
• Provide personal care where required
• Ensure the safety of each child at all times
• Promote the Early Stages of Development needs of all pupils in her care
• Develop staff’s working schedules and delegating of tasks
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Manage the nursery’s budget and finances

Salary: £10 – £19 per hour (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement*)
