Nursery Nurse – Balsall Heath, Birmingham

Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Nursery in the Balsall Heath area of Birmingham to find a number of Nursery Nurse’s to start in September 2025. There are a mixture of full and part-time roles available in this beautiful new nursery. The nursery are looking for experienced and qualified individuals and personal care will be required. The start date is Monday 1st September and will be on an ongoing basis. Start times could be as early as 8am and as late as 6pm so you must be available to work during these hours. Please do not apply to this role if you do not have a qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.

Requirements of applicant:

  • UK Level 3 Minimum Qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • MUST assist with personal care – nappy changing, toileting, feeding etc.
  • Experienced working with children aged 0-5 years old

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working across the nursery and flexible to work in any of the rooms
  • Provide regular feedback to parents and senior staff on the progress of the pupil
  • Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines
  • Promote an environment of acceptance and inclusion for all children in your care
  • Help children to meet their Early Stages of Development targets
  • Work with external professionals to ensure all children with undiagnosed SEND receive the most accurate diagnosis
