Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Full-Time (Variable Hours)
Location: Birmingham, B29
Contract Type: Full-Time (Hours vairy between 8am-6pm)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a caring and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming early years setting in the B29 area of Birmingham. This full-time role offers variable working hours between 8am and 6pm and requires a candidate who is confident in providing personal care and passionate about supporting young children’s development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children aged 0-5 with their learning, play, and personal care needs.
• Deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and hygiene routines in a respectful and sensitive manner.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes emotional wellbeing and independence.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to planning and observations.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare-related qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Comfortable and experienced in providing personal care.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
