About the Role

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through purposeful play and structured activities
  • Assisting with daily routines and key‑worker responsibilities
  • Helping to create an inspiring, safe and inclusive environment
  • Working closely with staff to deliver high‑quality early years provision
  • Supporting children socially, emotionally and academically
  • Following safeguarding, EYFS and nursery policies at all times
  • Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
