Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join welcoming and supportive early years settings for the new academic year. In this role, you’ll work closely with nursery staff to support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment, helping to deliver fun and educational activities, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development.

We’re looking for someone who holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years, with strong communication skills, a nurturing approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting young children are key.
