Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Cheltenham

Pay: £13.68 – £16.29 per hour (DOE & role responsibilities)

About the Roles

We are working with several nurseries and early years provisions that require enthusiastic practitioners to support children aged 0-5. Opportunities include:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children
• Supporting learning through play and planned activities
• Working in line with EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) guidelines
• Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Contributing to observations and assessments where required

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Experience working in a nursery or early years environment
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Passion, patience, and excellent communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
