Monarch Education is looking for a friendly, committed Nursery Support Worker to join our wonderful early‑years team in local Wantage nurseries. If you love working with children and enjoy a hands‑on, nurturing environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping children aged 0-5 learn through play
• Supporting daily routines such as meals, activities, creative play & outdoor learning
• Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
• Working alongside fantastic nursery teams who truly value your contribution
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
