Monarch Education are working with a welcoming infant setting in the Solihull area to recruit a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher for a full-time role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team, delivering engaging and creative learning experiences that help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically during this important stage of their education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, creating a nurturing classroom environment, and supporting every child to reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within EYFS or Nursery that can be referenced
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A nurturing, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
